Winter Engagement Photos

When I first connect with a couple, it’s so important for me to get to know them. I love hearing all the love stories!

Kate & Jack’s story was so sweet. They met at work, working in a non-profit for Salem Public Schools. While they worked together & were clearly into each other, neither one of them did anything about it until the very last day. And, as they say, the rest is history.

During our first call, Kate said it’s “bewildering how much we love each other. How did we get so lucky?!” It instantly made me think of a Nicholas Sparks movie!

Engagement Photos at Museum

Since it was December, we knew an entirely outdoors session probably wasn’t going to happen. The Peabody Essex Museum was the perfect indoors location for Jack & Kate’s engagement photos. The two visited the museum pretty often & knew the place like the back of their hands. They were like my all-dressed-up tour guides!

The exhibits and architecture in the museum made for incredible scenery. We were able to get creative with some of the different lighting, too, making for lots of unique photos!

We did eventually end up outside as the sun set so we could take some romantic photos in Salem Commons by the gazebo, too!

I’m so looking forward to Jack & Kate’s December wedding up in North Conway this year – it’s sure to be the perfect mix of a classic, romantic, fun-loving celebration!
